Dave has 18 years' experience of working with community and social businesses, helping to raise over £9m in community shares in the last 5 years. 

He's worked with all types of community business, from local pubs to sports clubs, piers to pools, magazines and TV stations, train companies to comedy venues.

He specialises in communicating complicated information in accessible ways, using the power of social media to reinforce share issue campaigns (Dave wrote the script for the Community Shares Unit's video explaining community shares).
